The production facility has been constructed in 2007 and comprises 3,488m2 of production area divided in two large halls (one constructed from reinforced concrete and the other with metal construction). The production area features floor from reinforced concrete (30 cm thick) and the halls have 5,5m2 of usable height at the lowest point. 1,350 m2 of the production area has heating. The buildings have attractive architecture and are very well maintained.

The complex features additional 910m2 of office and other utility spaces (wardrobes, toilets, server room, laboratory, archive) and 390m2 of covered storage area. Offices are fully furnished and have all modern utilities, air conditioning, heating and high speed internet connection.

The land plot measures 3,233m2. The entire complex is fenced and has two main automated access doors enabling truck access and manipulation around the complex.
