The newly built warehouse incorporates the latest logistics technology and is ideally suited and certified for storing pharmaceutical, medical, dentist and veterinary supplies along with other smaller pallet sized goods. The warehouse offers in the rental price the complete logistics service for the rented space including loading/unloading, manipulation and tracking. Other services as shipping can be arranged individually.

There is 605 m2 of net warehouse space available on the first floor with usable height of 4 m and up to 300 m2 of net surface on the ground floor with usable height of 6 m. The warehouse has two large automated access doors and two dedicated lifts each fitting a euro pallet, enabling easy access to the first floor.

There is also 318 m2 of premium office space available on the other side of the building connected with the warehouse space. The offices are brand and feature all modern utilities together with nice views on the tranquil nature. Parking spaces are available in front of the building and in the underground garage for 45 Eur/mont/unit.
