The restaurant has a warm and friendly atmosphere, with numerous detailed wood carvings and has been successfully operating for 12 years. It has two terraces, one overlooking the river Gradaščica and one in a specially designed wooden hayrack, large guest parking space and a children's playground.

The residential part of the building measures 270 m2 and comprises two individual 95 m2 apartments, each with its own studio apartment in the loft, measuring 40 m2. One apartment features a large  60 m2 terrace with a swimming pool, overlooking the river.
