We require a licensed broker to join our commercial team dealing with sales and acquisitions of hotels, land, redevelopment sites and other assets.
You will be required to:
• Attend Client meetings
• Carry out Client negotiations
• Arrange and carry out viewings on properties
• Prepare all contracts for the client and Investment Memorandums regarding the property for sale
• Maintain good, professional relationships with clients
• Prepare marketing material
• Follow up marketing activities.
• Maintain daily contact with the interested parties
• See a sale through to completion
• Liaise with the Notary, check documents and attend the signing of contracts.
• Manage the takeover of the property
• As part of the Slovenia Invest team, attend and contribute to weekly team meetings and training sessions.

• Self-driven, results-oriented. Must have the determination to see through deals to the end, and have a positive outlook when things go wrong. you are not fazed by having to start again when a sale falls through.
• Slovenia Invest is a small team who all support each other. You must be a strong team player and get on with the rest of the team.
• Organised, efficient. You must be a natural forward planner who critically assesses your own performance, and not be afraid to seek advice and help from colleagues when necessary.
• Well presented and businesslike. You must display a professional demeanor, maturity and credibility. You must be comfortable dealing with senior executives from other organizations.
• Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
Job Skills
• You must have Real Estate License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Slovenia Invest operates in English, so fluent verbal and written English is essential. Other languages are an advantage.
• Able to demonstrate success and experience within a commercial/business background, ideally gained within a corporate environment. International company experience would be useful. Other useful experiences include legal, marketing and sales.
• Excellent project management skills. Must be able to project manage all aspects of the sale from instruction through to completion. Project should be documented so that all team members can access and have an accurate picture of the project status and timelines.
