Slovenia Invest was founded in August 2006 to fill a gap in the Slovene real estate market. There are three important differences between our company and others in Slovenia.
- We only ever work for the buyer OR the seller. It is customary in Slovenia to charge both parties, but we believe this creates a conflict of interest.
- We are an international company that employs both native Slovenes and property professionals from other countries. We routinely market properties in many countries simultaneously, with global marketing campaigns. We have offices in Ljubljana and London.
- We only deal in commercial property. We work in Office, Retail, Industrial and Hospitality. Our expertise encompasses valuations, sales, rentals, research, and other advisory services such as asset strategies and feasibility studies. We work closely with best in class partners such as Cushman and Wakefield and Whitebridge Hospitality to ensure our Clients always receive world class advice.
Our Clients include institutional investors, high net worth individuals, local authorities, banks and the Church of Slovenia.
